Your STAFF in Charlotte, NC office is very unprofessional, untimely, and irresponsible. I can't seem to grasp the reason why anyone would hire employee's to run thier business and never check up on thier performances. For example I know the security buisineess is built on alot of challenges and changes. However one thing that should never change is to protect your true employee not just your client, provide them clean work sites for restrooms to avoid diesease(s), such as Hepti A,B,C exc. Most important' give the client what they pay for it's a business not a charity, if you give in to the client doing any free service or to many favors that's not in the written contract then they will eventually use your employees for duties that's not covered in the contract and cause insurance policy problems for the employee and the company.
Pros: Security is a fast growing business
Cons: The charlotte staff Top/ Bottom is LAZY! Unproffesional
