It took Delaware Valley Doors & Windows 7 months to get a new door for my home. Once I waited all this time the installer came out on the 7th month. Sam-The Owner of the business sold me a door off the floor November 20, 2005 . He assured me that my door would fit perfectly. The installer, put my door in March 12,2005. The installer told me he would be back the NEXT day because he needed more supplies. I looked at my door and realized the installer put my door on BACKWARDS!!!!. I immediately called DVDW and talked to Rajibb (the office manager) He assured me they would make it right. Then I surveyed the door again and found that the door was 7inch TOO SHORT for my door jam. The installer put a 4x4 to make up the space. Now it is January 25, 2006. http://i1.tinypic.com/mk8b3r.jpg http://i1.tinypic.com/mk8zgh.jpg
