Make sure that you can read what Carl writes because they only do what is written and he's been around the block and will defend himself well without trying to make the CUSTOMR feel like there is any positive out come unless you bring one up. As a recreational boat owner, I depend on all of my service writers, my car, my truck, and my boat to know the questions and suggest the answers you wont get that here, A get ready for summer tune up still becomes a DEWINTERIZATION which is not the same thing but as a recreational owner I am supposed to know that. And even after the original conversation with Carl explaining what I expected to be done if he does' not list it as such it is only paying to have someone start your boat. I'm glad someone with all that experience can start the boat for $56.00 bucks In this economic time I am sure glad that Carl can feel good about being RIGHT and not about making it right.
