I think the people who are writing the bad reviews are confused. Perhaps they are referring to the other TItle service on FM78? They are as described. I went by there because it is a bit closer to the house and I saw what was described in the negative reviews here - - tatoos, wouldn't accept credit cards or checks - only cash (you gotta be wary of an all-cash business folks!) Very rude too.
On the other hand I have been taking my titles, registrations, etc to Tisdales since they opened in 1982 - - I am former police officer and the reason I go there is they are fast, friendly, efficient, understanding, and can solve or answer most any question. The in and out time is quick and the fee is really nominal (imagine the fee vs. waiting two hours in line at the County Clerks' office!). At least give them a try - - - you will see I am right and it wouldn't surprise me if someone who is competing with them is writing a bad review - - it's simply not true. Why would I go there for 30 years if it was. So, here is my Email address to prove I am real:
