First you have to understand fondue- it is a unique way of cooking derived in France, focusing on bite size pieces of very fresh ingredients cooked to your liking by you right at the table. The process takes time that can be easily passed with conversation if you are here with someone who's company you enjoy. Enticing your partner with tasty bits at the end of a long fork and feeding each other always adds romance to your dinner... The flavor is unique, you're more likely to enjoy it if your favorite kind of meat is not bbq-smothered. I personally like the variety of meats offered by the main courses, as each has it's unique subtleties and I want to try them all. Traditional fondue is of course cheese or chocolate- the is were your appetizer and dessert will come in. Avoid the salad, (we didn't care for it either) get the shrimp cocktail instead. They have a beutiful waiting room and a romantic setting, and will not leave you feeling like a stuffed turkey afterwards... Must try it once, if only to know what it is! You may get hooked on it like we did, we come here for all of our romantic occasions. Pros: Something to remember, light and creative, entrtaining waiting room Cons: very crowded on prime time (Christmas, valentines), reserve weeks in advance!
