Well were do I began? The actual apartments are beautiful but the office staff are awful. I was so excited to move into these apartments I really thought I was going to love them because they were so nice but the office people have made me HATE them. I have never met such rude people in my life I hate going into the office just because how rude they are. The day before I moved in I called to make sure everything was on the up and up and I could get my apartment key they said yes. I hired a moving company paying $60 a hour to move me and my family I go in to get my key and they tell me ""Oh we can't give you the key because we haven't heard back from your last apartment."" I was very upset they had over a month to get my paper work ready it was no one else's fualt but theirs. They didn't even say oh sorry they were so rude I started crying it upset me so much the way they were acting I almost didn't move in but luckliy my old apartments were amazing and the office people were so nice and wonderful ( I would still live there if I didn't relocate) All I had to do was call them and have them fax something over to The Lodge. My old apartments told me they never revived anything from The Lodge and were very nice about it and getting it over to me ASAP. I asked to talk to the apartment manger and oh my she was the meanest of them all. They couldn't even tell me a sorry about the whole thing that I had a moving truck sitting out there for over a hour waiting for a mistake they made they were just like ""oh well"" about it. Then I don't know how many times I got a note on my door saying I didn't pay this or pay that and owe them a extra $50 bucks because it wasn't paid (Which I always pay my rent on time in the full amount) I would have to take time out of my busy day to go down to the office to show them my bank act. Still no sorrys just very rude attitudes. My lease is up very soon and I can not wait...I'm just scared about what they are going to try and charge me I will be making sure I am there when the apartment manger does the walk through of my apartment so they can't say I owe them anything. I had a friend that lived here before me and warned me about the office people about how rude they were and how when she moved out they didn't give her back her deposit and actually charged her for stuff when she didn't break or mess anything up and cleaned her apartment before she moved out but she didn't do the walk through with the manger and didn't have any proof. Oh yes and to top it off they made up a new rule that you have to wear a wrist band to go to the pool if you don't have it on they will make you leave yes even if you live there and guess what you are not aloud to bring friends not even ONE friend to go to the pool with you unless they get a wrist band too and they have to pay $5 for one and they have to pay every time to use the pool with you. Really I can't bring one of my girl friend to my pool to lay out and tan that I pay $700 a month for and one of the reason I moved in here was because it had a pool and this part was NOT in the lease. Very disappointing with my stay here would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
