Review content:
I'm not a girlie girl and I'm generally low maintenance when it comes to my hair. I went in the first time for highlights/lowlights and it was okay - nothing special but fine for me. The second time I went in for the same thing, and afterward I went shopping. When I looked in the mirror I noticed that the underside of my hair was STRIPED from where hair from one foil had gotten wrapped in with the others. I'm not talking about something little. I'm talking about bleach blond and black alternating stripes on a half inch thick section of hair at the nape of my neck - visible if I ever pull my hair back. The worst part was that I know the stylist had to see it when she gave me my blowdry but she didn't correct it. When I went back to the salon, they told me to wait because she was with another customer but after twenty minutes I left because I was so turned off by their unwillingness to accomodate. I won't ever go back because for that money the stylists shouldn't be making beauty school level errors. Pros: location Cons: poor quality
