I bought my dress here 3 years ago and have been telling all my friends to go here since. I did however buy direct from the rack so can not speak to the shipping experience. My dress was beautiful.
Another friend of mine purchased her dress today which only brought back GREAT memories.
The store is clean and well organized which makes shopping so much easier. They have private rooms so you don't have to parade in front of strangers.
I do wish they served chilled beverages but even without champagne you leave feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
