I bought my first washer/dryer set from them in 2009 and it was a great experience. However when I bought a new dryer from them this year, the woman I believe is the owner's wife was rude and not very warm towards a repeat customer. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days. However when they delivered the product, one guy came and had to have help from my mom's boyfriend to unload it and he did not bring the tools he needed to install the dryer and had to borrow my tools. When I called the lady that sold me the dryer, she basically was unapologetic about the whole thing and only offered to refund me half of the $50 delivery fee. Again I had to deal with the woman again when my washer went out and my mom's boyfriend asked for advise on what to do to fix it so we could avoid spending more money and the warranty had passed. the Woman was again rude and not very helpful. This lady obviously does not appreciate her repeat customers and she should realize if it was not for her customers she would not be able to pay her bills. I want her to remember that the next time she treats someone badly and loses a customer, like she lost my business. I could have asked her company to fix my washer, but I decided to go with another company even though it cost me more money just so I could be treated like a customer should. BTW, the husband of the business is always nice, its just the woman and I hope they learn from this.
