I came in to get my car a couple of weeks ago and there was a huge German Shepherd in the office. Not knowing the dog, I was scared. A red headed guy called the dog to come around the counter. It was obvious that the dog did not have a collar on, which tells me that he has no license and no proof of rabies shots. A professional place of business should not have an unlicensed dog running around the office. As a professional myself, there should not be a dog around the office at all. What is the liability if the dog bites someone or someone claims the dog bit them. Does Worthington Towing have insurance to cover something like that? Signed, concerned customer.
