It is very unprofessional how she speaks with and refers to the customers as honey or sweetie. She should be replaced with a professional. Cons: Holly is not a professional

This outfit is not at 8595 N High Street. They are located in Galena OH. They are located way behind Phil's Collision Shop. Their office is located in a maintenance bay. I asked them to send me an invoice after towing one of our vehicles. The dispatcher said he would. He said he would fax the info to the insurance company. I said I preferred that the invoice be sent to my home. He said he could not find an envelope. I ended up going to the place to pick up my invoice. \r \r If you use this service, be wary of the fact that the tow driver could be asked to be paid. Since I was not there when the car was delivered to the garage, the garage people paid the tow and then added the charge to our bill. We already paid by credit card over the phone before the car was picked up.\r \r Be very careful with this towing outfit. Best stick with businesses like Shamrock. more

Shawn came and started my car right up saving me so much money I don't even care to think about what it would have costed if he just had towed me and didn't care. You are the greatest thing that's happened to me all week and you have made a customer for life. THANK YOU!!! more

German Shepherd with no collar/license 6/8/2011

I came in to get my car a couple of weeks ago and there was a huge German Shepherd in the office. Not knowing the dog, I was scared. A red headed guy called the dog to come around the counter. It was obvious that the dog did not have a collar on, which tells me that he has no license and no proof of rabies shots. A professional place of business should not have an unlicensed dog running around the office. As a professional myself, there should not be a dog around the office at all. What is the liability if the dog bites someone or someone claims the dog bit them. Does Worthington Towing have insurance to cover something like that? Signed, concerned customer. more

Excellent service by helpful and courteous staff 3/20/2009

My car died at home. I called Worthington Tow and asked to have it picked up. The receptionist was helpful and very courteous. The driver showed up in 45 minutes (as was predicted), and he was able to tighten some bolts and jump start the car, saving me the hassle and charge for a tow. I appreciate that kind of service! Pros: Quick service / efficient / friendly Cons: What are the drawbacks? more
