This is the worst management company I have EVER had dealings with. Repairs are very slow to happen and usually require multiple phone calls. He is never prompt on returning calls or emails, but if your rent is even one day late because of a holiday that slowed mail down, even if the rent was postmarked well before the due date you WILL be charged a late fee with no leniency whatsoever. You can never meet with him, all transactions take place by putting your rent under his door or through email. Terrible experience, if I ever rent again, and a home I am interested in uses Management Associates I will look elsewhere.
