My husband and I went in to get an oil filter for his bike and we sat at the counter for ten minutes while the guy working there just sat there and bs-ing with another man. The worker didn't even look at us and we were about 5 feet from him at the counter! One black guy standing next to him actually said 'hi' to us but that was it! So we never got to get the oil filter cause we were never helped!!!!! That's just rude as hell! How u gonna run a business with shitty customer service like that? They were talkin about bike rallies-thats not work. So I can tell he wasn't busy!
