Alex knew we had come a ways to see the car that we were interested in. He worked with us on the financing until we got to a payment amount/terms that we agreed on. This is my third car purchase at Dick Hannah Volkswagen and this is my second car purchase from Alex Gihm. He is pretty straighforward and tries to make the car buying experience as painless as possible. I love Volkswagens and always will, so going to a Volkswagen dealer is a no brainer for me, but Alex was knowledgeable about what the car's features were, etc.
Pros: Worked well with us and our needs.
Cons: Well, buying a car is never too fun, always costs money!
