Review content:
I brought in my car to Memorial Tire and Auto and told them that I was having problems and going on a 3000 mile trip. They found $300 worth of repairs and told me this car was ready to make the trip. Half an hour later, my car dies in the middle lane of Westheimer in front of the Galleria. $172 tow to Firestone to find that my alternator has died and completely drained my brand new battery. Memorial didn't TEST Drive my car at all. When I picked it up, the air conditioning didn't work anymore and the brakes were sticking. Although they replaced the belt on the alternator, they never actually checked it. Firestone replaced the alternator which fixed all of the problems. Their response was that they can't predict the future. I say they don't care about the quality of their work.
