Review content:
I realize Dave & Busters is not a fine restaurant; it's a fun place that has good food for a high price. The wait staff could use some customer service + waiter 101 training. It was my birthday. We waited an hour to sit, which is fine - I understand that. What I don't understand is that the waiter asked us if we would like our appetizer before dinner. ""Yes"" was the answer. The appetizer (nachos, really?) was delayed. This means the dinner should still come after the appetizer. The ""restaurant floor manager"" with the thing in her ear even came to appologize that the nachos would be late. They were, and without silverware or plates. The meals came immediately after the appetizer dish was laid on the table. I asked the waiter if they normally serve plates or silverware with the appetizer. He just looked at me and walked away. He actually came back to ask how our meal was. Thanks for the unforgettable birthday meal, D&B's.
