Review content:
I really enjoy some things about this theater. The seats are very nice, and the theater is very roomy. The Movies are shown usually without any problems. Unfortunately, on the way into the theater there is major teenage and smokers hangout. Then you have to go through confusing wait lines at the front ticket purchase area, smug cashiers behind the glass, and the ticket rippers have an attitude and never smile. Then when you think it is all over and better service is coming up after spending $10.00, you spend another $10.00 on snacks. The cashiers are munching on popcorn while serving you food, talking to their friends and not you, and they never smile either! I know customer service to be a warm happy feeling and they definitely don't have it. I actually had a ticket ripper roll her eyes at me when I asked her where my movie was. I am glad to hear from other reviewers that it is not just me! Pros: seats, sound, lighting, roominess Cons: teenage hangout in the parking lot, bad customer service, confusing ticket lines
