Pulled out my strappy rhinestone heals and inspected them to make sure they were still in good shape, they looked great with the exception of one heal tab had cracked. I took them to this shop to get fixed and had to wait several days for him to put a new tab on both shoes. When I picked them up today I immediately noticed 3 stones missing and a strap separated. The shop owner hooked the strap back on (but didn't bother to close the ring), said ""I'm sorry Ms. Smith, I'll give you a discount on the repairs"" then suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to look for replacement stones. I heard him overtell another customer that he is so busy that he can't remember any of his customers, he won't need to remember me, I won't be back. Anyone know of a GOOD shoe repair shop who can fix the damages?
