I recently went here for my first time. The decor and ambiance sure are nice and serene. And the price was certainly right. (I normally rotate my haircuts between two other stylists at different salons; they both charge in the range of $75-90). But in the end, the haircut I got was not that great. I've gotten better cuts at Supercuts. My hair (female) is normally styled very short and pixie-like, with little spikes here and there. I explained what I wanted to the stylist, but the cut ended up being more like a "bowl" cut. The little neck/shoulder massage at the end was nice, but at the end of the day a good cut is what matters. In this day and age, I was also surprised they only accept cash.
Pros: decor, ambiance, brief neck massage
Cons: my stylist not good, accept cash only
