This place is horible and the customer service is the worst. The only good person there was Ida and she quit. I would suggest that you go around view the property (make sure you check for mold, water leaks) because they have it. Then they over price the apartments they better off charging you 50 dollars a month because that is all its worth. I suggest staying at Colonial Grand at Crabtree (its in a sufficient location, sweet neighbors and most important NO BREAK INS. You can stay at Woods of North Bend if you like but you have a 99 percent chance your apartment will get broken into and the maintenence will not repair your door or window. So if you like it get a heavy tv and just a bed. NO LUXERY unless you want somebody to steal it
