Businiess name:  Anthony's Aveda Concept Salon
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Anthony?s is amateur at best, the staff has zero accountability, and the lack of professionalism is astounding. I had a consultation, brought in a picture and discussed what I wanted. I was very detailed about what I do not like in a haircut. I left with the WORST cut I have ever received. I called the manager twice, who at one point laughed. I was told the girl who cut my hair was the most experienced stylist at the salon. She has been a stylist for only 3 years and her first job was at Wal-Mart. The owner called me and actually argued that I received exactly what I asked for. He was not there at any point during the consultation or any other time during the appointment to see my hair before and after. Their philosophy is only in theory; they could care less if you are happy with the service. It?s a poorly run salon with inexperienced stylists hiding behind high prices. Go to Wal-Mart, it?s cheaper and you?ll get the same quality.
