As a former b'ham cab driver with yellow cab I can tell you a whole lot of stuff about them.The reason behind the dispatchers and call takers rudeness is because there all convicts on work release from the state prison system,therefore if they loose there jobs they have'nt lost anything because they do not receive a decent pay,and they go back to jail and lay around and do nothing until they find another job or are released from prison.Also the majority of there drivers are convicted felons. I would be very wary of riding with anything yellow cab sent to my door.
