We are writing in response to Mr. Park. I have already commented, but the comment doesn't show up unless you click on it. I tried to have a decent conversation with this man about this issue with his dog, but he wouldn't tell us anything pertinent. The only thing he could say was the F bomb. (see comment under his post) We have been voted the local best 7 years in a row, and we strive hard to do our best with all our clients. His ranting and raving is totally out of line and making threats simply puts this out of our hands. We are sorry he is so upset, although we are still not even sure he has the right shop, as it was apparently not an issue with them until well after the fact , and he would give me no information whatsoever HE IS NOT IN OUR DATA-BASE.. The internet can be a wonderful tool unless it is totally mis-used with violent threats that are totally unreasonable and out of line.
