Review content:
I first went in to Kruger's around Christmas trying to put together a special engraved ring for my girlfriend. I was greeted by a friendly woman and then turned over to Anna. Anna talked with me for a long time trying to sort out exactly what I needed and if we could get it done by Christmas. She turned me on to a hand engraver that could do the difficult piece and told me she could order a sterling silver ring for me or I could get one somewhere else and have them do the engraving, or I could just take it to the engraver my self! She was so incredibly helpful even when it looked as though her business might not make any money off the deal. It turned out that I couldn't get it done in time for Christmas so I shelved the idea for a couple months. When her birthday did roll around I had already gotten the ring from a site on the Internet and was just going to take it directly to the engraver that Anna had told me about. The engraver works out of Russel Korman Jewelers so I took the ring up there to get it done. When I showed up they told me that in addition to the engravers fee they had to have a mark up for the store and the whole thing was going to cost me $175.00! Kruger's had told me back around Christmas that it would only be $75.00 so I went back to them. Once again Anna was incredibly helpful (even remembered my name) and told me she could get it done for the original $75.00. So I left the ring with them and a week later Anna called to let me know I could come pick it up. She was calling from her car and had just gone to Russell Korman to pick it up herself!
Pros: Nothing but
Cons: I'm not able to buy more from them
