Review content:
Dr. Villar delivers great service and the office assistants are very kind. They even offer special, beautifully bottled water personalized with the dentist office name and details. A luxury item for sure... However, our first concern was the $80 fee if you must cancel an appointment less than 48 hours ahead of time. We have 3 children and if, for example, they got the flu or other illness less than 48 hours ahead of time, we would have to pay the $80 fee. Of course there are other emergencies or times we might miss the appointment for simply forgetting--no excuses there. And sure enough, one day it happened. We understand they have to cover themselves, but there are many other dentists in this valley that DO NOT demand this $80 charge. (I'm guessing they use it to purchase the water bottles.) At any rate, we have decided to try another dentist.
