Review content:
Moved the equivalent of a studio size apartment, approx 1200-1300 lbs. from Brooklyn, NY to Houston, TX.
Let me just say that the move itself was 100% problem free. Nothing was broken and the job they did packing everything was 100 times better than what I could have tried to do.
Some minor things to point out...
1. They tried to change the pickup time and day . Once I explained I couldn't be there (flight already booked and no other choice) a compromise was found on the right day just a little bit later. HOWEVER, they more than made up for it in how fast they packed.
2. They kept changing the delivery date but I more than understood the reason. We were the smallest move and all the way in the front of the truck. Everything else had to be delivered in order to get to our items. Every time another delivery got delayed for whatever reason, it would delay us as well. NOT a big deal as the items we were moving were not needed ASAP.
I would definitely recommend to anyone doing a long-distance move. Bottom line to me is the condition of my items and this was the first time everything came in PERFECT condition, not one thing was damaged. KUDOS!!!
