If you're looking for someone to cater your kosher event, Neil Abel's catering company is a good, reliable choice. While Neil's sole criteria for determining food quality is quantity, he is lucky enough to have a staff that makes sure he's not lacking in flavor and presentation. With Stanley Moniz running the kitchen, he provides both well prepared basics (he was right - people gobbled up the franks in blankets at my wedding) and some more inspired dishes (exceptional duck crepes, incredible desserts). You'll be able to relax and enjoy your party with Stanley at the helm - all will go smoothly, and your guests will be well fed.
