When I first started the protein diet, a long time ago, there were no stores in the area that sold low carb foods, or so I thought until I found Country Cupboard Natural Foods. They not only sell low-carb foods, they sell sugar free items, diet supplements, ear cones, and all kinds of natural foods. Their selection is great, and no matter what you are looking for, they probably have it. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and can help you choose what product is best for you and your lifestyle. They are very reasonably priced and the selection is great.
