Businiess name:  Big O Tires
Review by:  Megan A.
Review content:
A few weeks ago, I bought a whole set of new tires from this Big-O Tires location. I'd never had any trouble with them in the past and I know several people with their tires so I figured it would be a good place to go. As the guy was taking down my information, he said they'd do an alignment. He didn't mention a price or anything so I figured it would be included in the final price of the tires. When I went to pick up my truck, I was charged $60 for the service. I really wish the guy had told me about how much it would have been and not to make it seem like a free add-on. I wasn't expecting the extra charge and it was a little annoying. Also, I requested to have three of the four old tires returned to me since two were less than a year old and the other tire only had 30,000 miles on it (perfect for a spare tire and only half of the manufacturer's recommended life). I got out to my truck and only one of the tires was returned to me. I went back into the store and the man said they had probably been thrown away already. Luckily, they still had them and I got them back, but it made me angry that they would keep my near brand new tires. Next time, I will go to Discount Tire Company.
