My stylist is Krysten Thompson and I absolutely LOVE her!! Not only has she listened carefully to what I want & given me exactly that, she is also very warm & friendly & I love talking to her. She recommended some hair products, and I can't believe how different/better they are than anything I've ever tried before (Color Conserve). Also, another salon had recommended I use the Smooth Infusion Glossing Straightener on my curly hair when I want to straighten it, but I never liked that product because it didn't make my hair feel soft. Krysten recommended I switch to Smooth Infusion Style-Prep Smoother, which I did, and I LOVE IT!!! She really knows her products, first hand, and my hair has been looking GREAT!!!!!! Also, when I had to cancel an appointment with Krysten because I was sick (and I cancelled the same day), she did not get upset with me or make me feel bad about it like the stylist at my PREVIOUS salon would. I REALLY appreciate that more than anything! I try and respect my stylists' time and try to make it to all of my appointments, and on time, but sometimes certain situations can't be helped and I appreciate how professional and kind Krysten was about it! I am hoping to make Hair Technology "MY SALON" that I will enjoy going to for years to come. And well, so FAR so GREAT!!!!! Cathy Reams
