OMG what an experience!! 2/9/2012

I just had THE best spa experience in my life! I had the most knowledgeable & nicest colorist that I've ever met. (I won't say for how many years I've been getting my hair colored ;-). And talk about service. I had a petty while under the cap and a hand massage at the shampoo bowl. Everything turned out perfect. A nearby salon wouldn't even color my hair because of recent medical treatments. Because of the natural gentle Aveda products, I was able to get the color I wanted without any redness, itching, or discomfort. I'm a client for life! more

AWESOME Haircut! 1/29/2012

I went to Hair Technologies for the first time and had a haircut with Danielle (sp?). Absolutely amazing cut! Before I went in, I received a reminder via phone which was really nice. As well, they were prompt (even early) in getting me back for my cut. Absolutely no pressure to buy product (although I did purchase one thing). All in all, extremely satisfying experience - I will definitely be back! more

Always Fantastic 1/27/2012

I have been going to Hair Technology (now Centre Salon) for a long time and I always see Corey. She is wonderful. I have fine, curly hair and she knows exactly how to cut and style it. She always listens to what I want and offers great suggestions. I love Aveda products, in fact they're all I use on my hair and skin. Keep up the great work and keep Corey around. She's awesome! You guys are doing things right. more

I love my haircut from Nazare. She always listens to me and makes sure that I get just the cut desired. Thanks so much for this wonderful service. Also, when I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes, but the massage therapist asked if I wanted a chair massage. I had never had one and decided to try it. It was wonderful and a great way to pass the time waiting. more

My first experience at this spa 1/26/2012

I left a stylist of 38 years and my first experience with Aveda was very pleasant. I loved the facility, my color, my cut and the entire experience was relaxing. I am so glad I made the change. Thank you Ashley! more

Rushed :( 1/24/2012

I specifically was looking for an Aveda salon to treat myself, but I mostly just got a regular haircut. The cut itself was great, but I was expecting to be offered a drink of some sort, get a little massage etc. I am an exhausted mom and this is the only real pampering I get a couple of times a year so I was kind of bummed. Maybe my expectations were just too high. The cut was good though! more

Absolutely loved it! It is so nice to have such a high quality salon so close by. My stylist is very knowledgable and up on current styles. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing and everyone is very professional and polite. The Aveda products are wonderful. more

Paying customer 1/23/2012

I have gone to this Salon for 1 1/2 years and I have always had to wait at least an extra 15 min. to 45 min. If your time is valuable don't ask for Nazare. I like the way she cut my hair but I should not have to wait every single time. And they are becoming over priced for their products and services. more

Perm and cut just what I needed! 1/12/2012

First time using Daniele--she's a skilled stylist. I appreciated her professionalism. No gossiping or questions about my personal life. My complaint has NOTHING to do with Daniele. I purchased Aveda "Hand Relief". Receptionist collected money from me separate from the charge for perm/cut. While driving home I received call on my cell asking permission to increase the charge for product on credit card. Apparently, she made an error...approx. $5. This was not professional in my opinion. The Center/Hair Technology should have recognized the error and settled the issue within the organization. The receptionist made the error...not me. Nonetheless I will return to the Center. I love Aveda products. Also, I noticed signs throughout the salon announcing $10 increase on all color services. This is a major price increase for a service used my most of their clients. The economy is sluggish at best. What are you thinking? more
