I'm a long time client of the friendswood location and I really believe this is a wonderful place to go. I won't lie and say that EVERY time I go everything is perfect, but I will say that the one or two times I have had an issue the customer service people were very helpful. The last time I went in it was a the last Sunday of the month and I had forgotten about that being men's day. That meant that the men's had use of the women's lounge (where the hot tub is) and they women were in the men's lounge. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the hot tub and told the girl checking me out about it, and she gave me 10% off my service right then and there! You can't beat service like that! Plus the services I have had there have always been of a very high quality. You really can't find another place like this in the area.
