i was referred to this business by an employee who was cleaning the carpets by my office. i asked for his card because i have a puppy and we all know how that goes, carpet wise. ontop of that, my mother has a mold problem from her basement flooding and i didn't want her breathing that in any longer because she had lung cancer and never a smoker. i called and left my name and number about ten times to speak with a knowlegable person concerning the mold. i didn't want to speak with the secretary because mold is a complex problem, which contains spores that return easily. i once got to talk to a manager named matt and he said he would call me back, but never did. after two weeks of unreturned calls i called today and asked the receptionist, and she knew i wasn't the most pleased person in the world because i talked to her all ten times, but i asked her if there was a website, she said no. i asked her the owners name and she said she would not give it to me. i have worked in customer servicde my entire life and have never experianced anything so unprofessional in my life. if you want any kind of services that this company provides, go to another business who offers the same services, a business that is concerned with their customers neeeds and who appreciates the patrons who ultimatly make their livelyhoods possible expecially in America's current declining economy.
