Review content:
I've been a member here for about two years and I can confidently say that this place has a family atmosphere and very accomplished, helpful staff. Steve Ventura, the owner, has a deep understanding of physiology, various training techniques and how each individual requires specific, unique instruction.
Victor Maldonado is accomplished as well and can tailor specific regimens appropriate for anyone (including kettle bells, boxing, san da, etc.) and clearly enjoys helping his customers set and attain objectives.
Jillian Chevalier is probably the best 'people person' on staff and works very well with people of all levels. She's extremely diligent and highly respected by her students.
Ahmed (don't know his last name) is a boxer / kickboxer from Egypt and he leads a lot of the classes. He's got a dynamic personality and lots of skill in the ring.
The classes here are excellent and they've got good variety and frequency. This variety, coupled with the engaging, thorough staff make this gym one of the best values in the city.
Whether your goal is to get in shape, lose weight, exorcise tension or get tougher, fit2fightclub will help you get there.
Pros: Knowledgable staff, variety of training options, goog prices
