my husband and I attempted to enter this store but found 2 of the 3 doors locked! The signage directing customers to the "main entrance" was in extra small font hence we weren't even certain the store was open. Once inside, we we're directed to the bedding department but not before we were expected to tour the store trying to get to that department. Oh yes, there'd was a salesperson available but he was busy watchig the flat panel TV apparently trying out the plush lounge chair. He didn't even bother to get up! When we finally walked into the mattress department, we found a disaster zone. There were foam mattresses on the floor, plastic covers on the floor and a man made obstacle course for us to attempt to walk through. When I asked why the mattresses were on the floor, the I was told that they were 'walking them' prior to delivery. Huh? Again, I asked why they were oh the showroom floor and got the same silly answer. Humph, so wouldn't the customers who purchased these memory foam mattresses like to know that they we on the dirty floor with people walking over, around and onto them prior to their delivery? We certainly wouldnt want that product in our bedroom and I can't imagine anyone else would either. In any event, after slipping on the plastic, walking over product and having to wait for the salesperson, we decided to leave. Their loss..... Oh yes, that salesperson enjoying the flat panel TV in his lounge chair advised us that we could exit throughout the locked door! Apparently one can go OUT the in door but not ENTER through it. It doesn't matter because we will never go back!
