Well, Ms.Jacqueline, I just read your nasty review and am here to tell you that Charlene and her staff have been grooming my dogs for years....I found her by accident and I have moved, in between, to other states and am now in NC and I miss Charlene sorely. I have been forced to find a groomer here, and so far, nobody comes close to being as loving and caring as Charlene...she loves all the dogs, is kind to them, is thorough in her grooming....they come out squeaky clean and meticulously clipped, unlike any other groomer I have ever had! And she is attentive to ANY signs of problems! For example, she told me to keep an eye on Rosie's ears, they looked like they may be getting infected.....she was right! Always right!
She undercharges! For what she does, the $18.00 is not enough! I had my dogs groomed here in NC because I had no choice - all four of them - Yorkies and a Bichon - and they came out looking dull and their faces were still stinky...and I paid $40 per dog!!!!
I miss Charlene....you fail to see what a beautiful person she is....you fail to see that there is nobody out there who can even hold a candle to her at The Pet Boutique. She is the cream of the crop!!!! You WILL find out yourself when you try to find another groomer!
What goes around comes around, Ms Jacqueline......there is always payback in this universe, for someone who deliberately hurts someone else. You are spreading venom! That is your modus operandi because you are a coward..... You must also be a mean person...because you have actively sought out a venue on the internet to post your worthless crap!
..Charlene is better off without a customer like you! I only feel sorry for your dogs!
So for you, Ms Jacqueline, to be so nasty, simply because Charlene is trying to manage her health and also honor her customers and also pay her bills, is unconscionable.
SHAME ON YOU!
