They offer a complete line of martial arts equipment and supplies. The owner is a former 5 time chanpion and has been teaching for 15 years. They also offer classes in self defense. They offer classes just for women if that makes you feel more confident learning in that environment. They give you the first introductory course free. They have 2 locations.
