bad customer service

The 2 times I went in there, I walked around for about 15 minutes before anyone even noticed me. All the associates were standing around at the dest talking with one another. When I finally went up to ask for help, the guy wasn't very helpful. Other than that, the only thing I really liked about the store was how organized it was. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that has questions about their instrument to go here.
