If you rent an apartment from these folks, expect to get stiffed, and badly. Though their apartments seem rather nice on paper, they are shoddily built --thin walls, untreated decks and cheap fixtures are their hallmark. Also, don't expect to see your security deposit back again. They charge for everything, including things that are undamaged/cleaned thoroughly. Sometimes the maintenance people respond in a timely manner, but paint cans sit in the hallways for weeks before anyone picks them up.
