The man who directs the cars into the car wash is a miserable, rude person who has screamed, yelled and carried on with many customers, including me.
Being a woman, I didn't say anything back. I"m sure if this poor excuse for a "man" had to direct a man into the car wash, and that man had trouble lining up the tires, he wouldn't have the guts to scream and carry on like he did with me.
My family owns a taxi service and had used this car wash regularly. Never again. They have lost tons of business with us.
Ladies, be prepared for a tirade should you not pull your car in correctly.
