I took my car here because I own a Nissan, and I will never, every return. Although this dealership is less than ten minutes away from the home and the other dealership is over thirty minutes away I would much rather make the long drive than ever give my business to Collins Nissan again. I had a simple problem with my car and expected to have it dealt with in as timely a manner as possible, for a few dollars as possible. Instead I was treated in much the same way that I imagine vermin would be treated at this dealership. I was given a time that my car would be ready and as I was remaining in the dealership to wait for it I had hoped that it would be ready around the time promised. It was not and when I inquired as to why my car was over an hour late and no one had bothered to walk into the lobby to tell me it would be a longer wait I was told to leave, and bring back my husband, boyfriend, or father. I have never been treated so badly at a dealership, or any other business in my life. I would caution anyone against going there. Ever. more
