We had a chip in our windshield, contacted our insurance company and Star Auto Glass came the next day and repaired the windshield. The man was very professional and did an excellent job and they filed the claim for us. I highly recommend them. I know they are a very fast growing business in Erie because of their fast response time and professional manner. I know a few of the insurance companies in Erie will only use them to repair chips on windshields.

I used this business for car inspections. While they were very slow, they were thorough. I had to sit for two hours while they inspected my car, but they were priced very fairly compared to other service stations. This business is located on a main road and is very easy to find. Great for college students, as the campus is only a few miles away.

Being a chain garage you would assume they have a set of standards to keep. They should have a professional attitude. Most of all you would expect some type of honesty.
If you expect the above... you expect too much from Meineke Car Care Center for sure.
You will find a group of very unprofessional workers that not only seem to think that immediately they're smarter than you, but will try anything in their power to make a quick buck. The prey upon those that don't know cars and hope that you will simply take their word for gospel. Don't! Be a smart shopper and know when you're being taken for a run. These people use all the standard lines and ideas to get your money. You pull in for a brake job and they hope you walk out with 4 new brakes, new wipers, a belt and whatever else they can get you for.
My personal opinion... drive a few blocks further and get someone who is honest. Evidently honesty isn't on their list of standards. And even complaining to the 800 number doesn't seem to change things there. Unfortunately the only thing left for the consumer is to avoid them like the plague and hope others follow suit.

I visited this car dealership when I was going to purchase my car in July. I fell in love with the car, but not with their service. The salesman was extremely arrogant and it just seemed like he either didn't want or didn't need the sale. Normally the sales people at a car dealership are willing to ben over backwards just to make a sale. I was very surprised and dissapointed.
