I've been gone from Erie for 30 years I can't believe this place is still there. They must be doing something right. I wonder if Nick is still around? They use to serve the best greek hamburgers and hot dogs around. If I ever get back I'll have to find out M.Allen

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Erie. The restaurant actually used to be the old Firehouse downtown, and they have a lot of old memorabilia inside and on the walls. Although it is a nicer restaurant, you wont be out of place dressed casually. The food is reasonably priced and I have never been unhappy with the food or the service. The only thing is, the brunch is a little too high priced. It is all you can eat, but its around 14 dollars, so unless you have a big appetite, id stay away from that.

A neat 50's era looking seasonal fast food restaurant with even the old kitchen type chairs inside. Fifties music playing in the background inside and out. Old time classic cars abound outside. Even the order counter is half of a classic Chevy. The menu is sandwich fair, but excellent tasting. And the price is right. Full menu ice cream items are also available if you can fit them in after burgers, foot long hot dogs, and pizza. Two awning covered patios outside to handle the excess crowds in the summer. Good food and good times.

I have been to Jr's several times and I have had a wonderful time each time. Over the years I am happy to see the menu to expand from finger foods to full dinners, all of which have been great!
Each comic creates a different evening but I never have gone that I have not found myself laughing uncontrollably! It is a wonderful way to spend an evening in Erie. Caution to the faint of heart: don't go when the dueling pianos are playing, they are ruthless!

This is Italian food at its best! A sauce that can't be beat.. not too sweet, little spicey and all homemade! Step into "Little Italy" when you dine in this corner bar/restaurant.
Portions are fantastic and you will definitely walk out with a doggy bag for your left overs. Each authentic Italian dish is served with a basket of fresh cut Italian bread.. always refilled for the asking!
While some might find the prices a little high for 'just pasta'.. it's anything BUT 'just pasta'. Don't even stop to read about anything else but the homemades and the fresh gnocchi!!! My favorite is the gnocchi, served with a plain but acceptable side salad. Half portions are available and a kids menu is offered for affordable family dining.

Lucchetti's has been around since I can remember. Always fresh and always the best ingredients they create a fresh dough pizza with the best toppings around. The pepperoni is thick cut and they don't skimp. The cheese is layered on, nice and thick and isn't that cheap no flavor stuff that some pizza shops use. It's the high quality stuff like Mama used to use for her cooking!
Late hours provide a great opportunity to use them for lunches, dinners or late night snacks. Delivery is available and they're always running coupons in the papers or coupon booklets.
Very reasonably priced and excellent quality Lucchetti's Pizza has remained an icon representing Erie's great Italian food for a reason. They're not limited to just pizza, with a large array of subs and pasta's to fulfill the needs of those non-pizza eating people!

They serve Erie's own Smith hot dogs done on a grill. They are superb! Add some homemade onion rings and you have the taste of summer in Erie. You can eat outside atop an old coke cooler and hear the screams of the roller coaster from nearby Waldemeer Park. Menu has several choices including dogs, burgers, salads, cheese sticks. You can eat for $5-$8 bucks, depending on if you indulge in the ice cream. They are known for their orange sherbet and vanilla twist.
