i had to get my hair done for prom and they gave me someone who had basically never done an up do before. people were leaving with their hair done who had gotten there after me. it took her forever to curl it and do something with it and it looked horrible. the girl knew it too. she had to get another person to finish it. i was there for way too long! the second girl knew what she was doing though. i'm sure some people there are very good, but for the price, they all should be.
