The food here is really excellent. The prices are decent, especially for great italian food, with large portions. The problem however, is their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.
They offer delivery, but you're better off going to pick it up yourself. Delivery is extremely slow. The orders are often wrong as well when food is being delivered. They also sometimes are very slow to answer their phones.
I have found the service and food quality to be much better if you GO to the restaurant and pick up the food yourself. I've never had a wrong order, or poor quality when going that route.
