I had always admired B & H for their inventory and pricing, but after becoming better acquainted with more and different electronic and camera suppliers over the years I became less impressed. Not that that stopped me from doing business with them, I just learned that more and more of their stock is the end-of-the-year sales models.
What drove me to stop doing business with them was with a recent web purchase that once delivered, was far from what they advertised. I spoke with two of their sales associates two separate times who claimed that they would fix the situation and ship the missing portion of my order. But after several weeks of not hearing back from them and their not delivering what they claimed, I called a third time. Only then was I told that they would not honor their previous claims and that I had the option to purchase the missing parts or return the piece for a refund.
My overall impression of this company is that they are NOT interested in customer satisfaction but they'll work extra hard to project that image onto the buyer. When it comes down to it, they'll lie to your face if it makes them a dollar. I've completely lost trust with them and I'll never shop them again.
