You get the best of both worlds at Dress Barn in Westwood. They have such beautiful clothing and the prices aren't sky high. The clothes are very well made - they won't fall apart on you after just a few washings. If you sign up for their credit card they will send you some great coupons, which can be combined with their in-store sales. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the store is very nicely laid out - not to crowded but plenty of items to choose from. They also sell shoes as well as some lovely accessories.
