I grew up in a rather Vietnamese neighborhood, and until trying Pho 2000 (previously Pho Lucky), I would only eat pho from this one amazing place that was in the largest Vietnamese shopping center outside of Saigon (in Alexandria, VA - go fig). Pho 2000's pho is even better. For well under $10, you can eat delicious Vietnamese noodle soup until you're ready to burst. I take out of town guests here. The only reason I don't give this place five stars is because the service is a little hit or miss. It is often tricky getting and paying the check. But don't let this deter you! It's the best pho ever!
