I am with you on that one! I wrote the CEO of the company Ronald Nelson today asking why he would grant a franchise to these people. They are never open, I tired to return car twice and they were not in, the third time I locked they keys in the car and called and told them. They charged me two extra days, claiming it took them two days to get it out. The car had keyless entry AND On star! Strange they had no extra keys either,. THree hundred extra in charges! DONT do it!
