I decided to give the Olive Garden another try. In past visits, I have found the food to be mediocre; therefore, I went in with few expectations.
Initially, our party of five became a little disgruntled at having to wait 30 minutes for a table on a Tuesday night. Once seated, we were greeted promptly by our server who wore a smile. She immediately took our drink orders, returning with drinks, salad and bread sticks. Refills on all were abundant!
Each member of our party ordered an item from their new menu selections, including a chicken pasta dish, ravioli dish, and chicken dish. There were absolutely no complaints from any of our party, and some even equated the food to that of Macaroni Grill (at a lower price)!
In addition, we were celebrating two birthdays. Staff performed their best rendition of "Happy Birthday", but without the free dessert; however, we didn't mind as we were all so stuffed from our appetizers and entrées!
I would highly recommend Olive Garden, and plan to return there myself!
